In the event that your Tripollar POSE device is not working, check the following:
1. If the power cord is damaged, contact the Customer Care team to enquire about replacement parts.
2. Make sure the electric cord is securely connected to the device and to the electrical outlet.
3. Make sure the power button was pressed and the low power level green indicator light appears.
4. If the green indicator light does not appear when the power button is pressed, contact the customer care team.
5. If the power button becomes jammed, or the device does not turn on/off or the energy level cannot be adjusted, unplug the electrical cord and contact customer care.
6. If the orange indicator light does not appear, even when the green indicator light (active power level) does turn on and off, contact customer care.
