Yes, Tripollar STOP Eye has been clinically tested and proven to be safe and effective for tightening the skin and reducing fine lines and wrinkles.
Can I use it more often than 2-3 times per week?
The STOP Eye should be used 2-3 times per week for 8 weeks. This has been clinically proven to provide the maximum results, using more often than this will not result in faster or better results. Make sure you have at least one day interval between treatments. In order to maintain long term results after you have finished the full course of treatments, it is recommended that you use your Tripollar Stop Eye device 2-4 times a month or as needed.
Do I have to use the Tripollar STOP Balm?
We recommend the Tripollar STOP Preparation Balm for best results, this have been formulated specifically for use with radiofrequency devices. Use of any other products are not recommended and we cannot guarantee results.
How long should the Tripollar STOP Balm last?
The Tripollar STOP Balm is suitable for 12-15 full course treatments depending on how much gel is applied during treatment.
Can I use the STOP Eye alongside Retinols?
You can apply over-the-counter retinols after your Tripollar STOP Eye treatment, the device should be used on clean, fresh skin. For prescription strength retinols, please speak with your doctor before beginning your treatments. Perform a patch test before beginning your treatment.
How long can the gel be used after it has been opened?
After the container has been opened, the gel can be used for up to 12 months.
IMPORTANT: It is recommended to perform a patch test 24 hours prior to initial use.
How is it different to other STOP devices? What can be treated with the STOP Eye device?

The STOP Eye is rechargeable and comes with a USB cable. This can be charged via a computer or socket using a USB compatible adapter. Using a USB charger means the device is suitable for use worldwide and is not hindered by a country-specific power adaptor.
What do the indicator light mean on the Tripollar STOP Eye?
Green Indicator LED:
• Steady green light - indicates that the device is ON and ready for treatment.
• Slow blinking – low battery, approximately 5 minutes of use remaining.
• Fast blinking – very low battery, will soon turn off. Approximately 2 minutes of use remaining.
Blue Indicator LED:
• Blinking blue light – battery charging
• Steady blue light – battery is fully charged
