In the unfortunate event that your order goes missing in transit, please contact us so that we can investigate with the courier.
We will of course do everything we can to ensure this is handled quickly and efficiently for you. Please note we must be informed of your missing parcel within 14 days of making your purchase in order to complete an investigation.
Courier investigations can take up to 5 working days to complete. If the courier cannot locate your parcel we will issue a replacement for you. In order to do so, we will send a Denial of Receipt Form and ask that you complete this before your replacement parcel can be dispatched.
The Denial of Receipt Form is a requirement of the courier company, not ourselves, therefore we cannot send a replacement until this has been completed.
