To begin your return, please follow the instructions on the online portal here. If you need help with logging your return, please contact us with the following information so we can advise on the next steps:
- Your email address
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Return reason ie. "unwanted and unused" or "money back guarantee".
If your product is eligible for return we will provide authorisation to send it back. Once authorised we will send a form which must be filled in and included inside the parcel, this allows us to process your return efficiently. We ask that you use a tracked delivery service to return the goods, this will cover you for loss or damage in transit.
