Your options will vary depending on the courier. Most will take the parcel back to their depot for re-delivery the next working day. If re-delivery is not successful, the parcel may be taken to a local pick up point or returned to us. If it is returned to us we will contact you to ask how you wish to proceed.
Some couriers provide additional options for your delivery. They can either re-deliver on a different date, leave it with a neighbour, leave it in a safe place, or deliver to your local pick up point.
