In the event that your Tripollar STOP Eye device is not working, please try these troubleshooting tips:
• Make sure that the protective cover is removed before use (this is the cap which covers the electrodes during storage).
• Make sure the device’s battery is fully charged.
• Make sure the power button was pressed and the green indicator LED appears. Please note the power button should be pressed and released quickly, if the button is held down it will turn the device off.
• Make sure you have applied the Tripollar Preparation Balm according to the instructions. Tripollar STOP Eye will not work properly if the balm is not applied.
